1 pound floor lean beef

1 egg

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 garlic clove, minced

1/Three cup breadcrumbs

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

½ tsp paprika

10 ounces white mushrooms, sliced

2 cups beef broth

1 tbsp tomato paste

1 tbsp dijon mustard

2 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Place the bottom beef, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, breadcrumbs, paprika, ½ teaspoon of salt and ¼ teaspoon of black pepper in a big bowl and blend to mix.
  2. Shape into 6 patties and put aside.
  3. Press the SAUTE button on the Instant Pot and let stand till display screen reads “HOT”.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of butter.
