Ingredients

2 kilos corned beef brisket with spice packet

6 cloves garlic, chopped

1 massive onion, minimize into wedges

1 (12 oz) bottle Guinness beer or 1 ½ cups beef broth

2 cups water

three medium carrots, minimize into massive items

2 medium potatoes, minimize into massive items

1 small cabbage, minimize into wedges

Instructions

  1. Rinse the meat brisket.
  2. Add the garlic and onion within the Instant pot.
  3. Place the brisket within the pot and sprinkle with spice packet.
  4. Pour within the beer and water.
  5. Close and seal the Instant pot.
  6. Turn the venting knob to SEALING.
